Their
dreams shattered and finances in shambles, the Edelsons
were desperate to get their lives back in order and responded
to a small ad in a national newspaper, Only then did their
destiny begin to change.
"We
received a package in our letter box containing some product
samples and a video. We watched the video and saw all
the physical possessions we had just lost and wanted back".
The
video, of course, introduced Ray and Angie to the Lifestyles
Business Beyond Borders concept and sent them on a journey
of success once thought impossible. Although they were unable
to get involved full-time until a couple of years later,
the seeds of success had been planted and not a day passed
by without the Edelsons observing what was happening with
Lifestyles®.
"In
June 1995 we began talking to anyone and everyone about
both the products and the business - so much so that we
eventually went on to be among the top producers in Lifestyles
within the next year."
"In
the beginning we thought that retailing was the way to
go until we learned that retailing is your daily cash
flow. Sponsoring new distributors is your long-term pension
plan. All you have to do is look at some of the wealthiest
people around and you will see that they earn their money
through royalties."
"It's
a bit like pop stars and songwriters who record a song
and get paid over and over for work they do once. With
Lifestyles you sponsor someone, train them and you get
paid over and over again."
When
Lifestyles® introduced a new LifeBuilding Marketing
Plan in 1999, Ray and Angie saw it as a golden opportunity
to make yet one more dream come true - that of reaching
Global Marketing Director status. They achieved that goal
just a few weeks later and continue to lead an ever-expanding
global organization.
"There
is so much more we want - and are going to achieve - with
Lifestyles. We feel that this is just the start of our
business because every single day we are learning and
will continue to learn."
"We
truly have to thank Lifestyles because without this wonderful
business, who knows where we would have been today."
